II. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE*2000-Present Neighborhood Mediator. Provides mediation services for the City of Burnsville. *1993 – Present Moderator. Ramsey County Family Court. Moderate divorce cases with attorneys and judges to settle all issues at the pre-trial state to prevent further litigation. *1987 – Present Divorce Mediator. Private Practice and on the Ramsey County Family Court Panel of Family Mediators. Providing conflict resolution services in divorce, private industry, estates, and families. Between 76% and 85% of all situations have been resolved without further intervention or court action. *1997 – Present Visitation Expeditor. *1999 – 2003 Guardian Ad Litem. *1981 – Present Vocational Consultant. Work includes vocational evaluation, vocational counseling, labor market assessment, employability evaluations, transferable skills analysis, vocational test interpretations, job development, job placement, on-site job analysis and job modification. Types of individuals I have worked with include industrially injured, individuals involve in career changes, individuals re-entering the labor market, and the underemployed. I also provide expert witness evaluation and testimony in cases involved with personal injury, Social Security, and divorce. I have been admitted as an expert witness in every county in the 7-county Metro area. *1982 (Fall) Instructor. St. Cloud State University. Supervised internships in the Graduate Program of Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling. *1977 – 1981 Director of Placement Services. Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, St. Paul, Minnesota. Developed the statewide placement program for the agency; worked with employers in the recruiting and hiring of disabled individuals; assisted industry in developing awareness programs in their compliance of affirmative action guidelines; developed training program and trained all statewide counseling staff in job analysis, job modification, job placement, and job retention. Presented issues of hiring the disabled to industries and government agencies. *1978-1979 Instructor. St. Cloud State University.
